This is really great fun and David is a welcoming and very informed host. The setting is a bit unusual (classroom come dining room is a meeting room) which is why I didn't give everything 5 stars, however, this does not make it any less fun. If you are up for a very unusual experience and delicious, albeit unusual food, I would highly recommend this. Thank you David!

It was a fun class. David was very thorough. Since I was the only one in the class that day, it was like a private master class. Thanks David

Had an amazing time with David. He guided us through some great molecular gastronomy techniques, explaining the science as well as setting us some delicious practical experiments! The food was excellent and we really appreciated his knowledge and personability! Recommended!
