As a foodie, lover of cooking and baking, and founder of the blog mybeautifuldinner.com, my daily life is filled with food and gastronomy. I love the traditional values related to cooking: sharing, discovering new things, and exchanging ideas. I love cooking dishes from all over the world, getting inspiration from traditional recipes and giving them a personal touch. Food should be generous but light, tasty but not smothering, simple but also refined… once you have found the perfect balance, all you need to do is enjoy!

My friend and I took Mathilde’s macaron baking course and it was a truly wonderful experience! Mathilde is a very warm and welcoming host and is very knowledgeable about the techniques for baking macarons - she gave us so many great tricks to use on our own! She makes the course fun abd relaxed, yet interactive and is very patient and encouraging for all levels of baking skill! She’s also generously shared her recipes and gave us some great tips for the rest of our time in Paris. Absolutely would recommend this course to everyone!!
This was one of the best days in Paris at Mathilde’s Cooking class. She is a wonderful instructor and such an interesting, darling, smart, and talented woman. What a treat to take this class and eat our course work. We count our own lucky stars to have met Mathilde. A+ experience all around!
Mathilde was a wonderful, warm and knowledgable host. She taught me some simple techniques for making a delicious and fresh sauce for fish that is perfect for hot summer days. She introduced me to a new type of lettuce that was part of the salads of her childhood in Nantes, France. Together we fixed a lovely meal of toast with goat cheese, salad, sea bass with a zucchini, tomato & lemon sauce and fried potatoes, followed by a delightful pastry filled with chocolate and fresh peaches. To top it off we had good conversation and shared life stories that made the meal even more special. I highly recommend an EatWith experience with Mathilde.
