Our tour of Triana Market with Pablo and cooking with Victor was a highlight of our Seville trip. Triana Market is a real market where locals shop. Pablo showed us where to buy award-winning Spanish smoked paprika, saffron, and olive oil. Victor was an excellent instructor. It was fun learning to cook some traditional Spanish dishes. And even more fun to eat them!

The food, the company, everything was absolutely fabulous. This experience was by far the most memorable evenings we had during our trip in Spain! Mamen and Churro were gracious hosts while we fumbled through the spanish language - and they are far better at speaking English than they admit! If you want to start an evening with strangers and end an evening with dear friends, this is the best way to do it!

Dining on Antonio’s terrace was an experience that I will never forget. With the kitchen tucked in the corner and the magnificent view of the “mushroom” the cool terrace was the perfect setting for the meal to come. Vicky was a lovely hostess guiding us through each course and the accompanying wines. The food was outstanding, not only creative and delicious, but artfully presented. Thank you Antonio and Vicky for a memorable evening!
