You will learn with us how to do a good homemade italian pasta during the next 4 hours.
We will start the Workshop eating a tuscany starter (Like bruschetta and tuscany ham) and drinking a typical florence drink.
During our workshop we will teach you 3 kind of pasta. What are they? We will start with tagliatelle, than tortellini and ravioli.
This course is focused to learn the homemade fresh pasta, but we are going to explain all the steps to do the sauces that they will be served with your own fresh pasta.
