Cooking has always been my passion. Born in Sicily, in Palermo, I bring with me the tradition of the Sicilian cuisine, which I like to mix and match with Tuscan recipes. 
My motto is “We are what we eat”. This is why I only use seasonal and Km 0 raw materials, in order to cook dishes that give emotion to the palate, to the mind and to the soul.
Our guests will be guided into a wonderful journey through the Sicilian and Tuscan cuisine. I like cooking dishes that give emotion to the palate, to the mind and to the soul. 
My family and I love to travel. This is why we decided to open our doors to people from all over the word! While enjoying a stunning view of the Tuscan hills, we will be happy to share with you the pleasure of the Italian table and our good food.
