Chef Will Staten is the founder and head chef of Ragin’ Cajun Cookin’, Dubs' Rubs Spice Line, and Dubs' Po' Boy Shop. He is currently involved in the culinary industry as a private chef/caterer, restaurateur and restaurant consultant residing in Las Vegas. He's been featured on several media outlets, from Food Network & The World Food Championships, to publications such as The National Culinary Review & Entrepreneurial Chef Magazine. Along with his current projects, he is also a Brand Ambassador for several product lines such as Chroma Knives, True Aussie Beef & Lamb, A Cajun Life Seasoning & Chef Life Clothing. 

Chef Will has been a Featured Guest Chef at several highly acclaimed restaurants and organizations, some of which include Elizabeth Blau's Honey Salt, Hofbrauhaus International, Williams-Sonoma and most recently Whole Foods of Las Vegas. These events have lead to him being invited to several national Food & Wine events including The NYC Wine & Food Fest, the San Diego Wine & Food Fest, and of course his local favorite the Las Vegas Food & Wine Fest.

Along with the special events, Chef Will pours his time and effort into helping his community. He has participated in charitable organizations such as Candlelighter’s Childhood Cancer Foundation, St. Jude’s and the American Heart Association. Currently he is also involved with Create A Change Now, an organization that puts gardens in local schools, where chefs like himself go in and teach the students how to use their fresh produce as well as share the world of cooking and eating healthy with them. ThreeSquare, No Kid Hungry and Share Our Strength are all foundations that Chef Will has a genuine interest in, as the children truly are our future. He sincerely hopes to assist in finding solutions to these issues and being a part of something bigger than himself.

When he isn't cooking, doing demos or participating in events, you can find Chef Will creating new projects and hanging with his family. All the hard work and effort is pointless, if you can't share it with the ones you love the most.
