Hello, my name is Marc and I am half French and half Spanish. Passionate about food since many years, I take advantage of the week-ends and holidays to cook and create new menus and to welcome many friends at home. Besides having learned from Michelin-star restaurants but also from my French grandmother's traditional cuisine, I have been trained during the last two years by an Argentinean gastronomic chef, who has taught me many techniques and, above all, impressed on me the importance of feelings in food. Finally, I love combining French cuisine with exotic flavours from countries in which I lived, such as Spain, Brazil or Tunisia, and from countries that I know very well, such as Italy and Colombia.
